I began SwanStrong a few weeks postpartum as I was looking for a way to get back into an exercise routine, working on my strength and fitness levels. It’s not always easy to get out of the house with a toddler and a newborn, that’s why SwanStrong appealed to me. I have been able to do all workouts at home during nap time. The WODs are easy to follow, and can be scaled appropriately for all levels which is wonderful while my body is still readjusting. It’s a really supportive group environment and I am so excited to be a part of it!
